Genetics: Simple Recessive

Heterozygous look normal, Homozygous appear with the Ghost trait.

Orange ghost is an expression of hypomelanism.  Hypomelanism is a reduction of black pigment.  These guys typically have a lot of blushing due to the reduction of the black pigment.  They also are known to shed clear, they don’t leave a pattern behind on the shed skin.  There are Orange, Yellow, Butterscotch, Green ghosts and probably a few more but all as far as I know are compatible with each other except the burgundy / chocolate hypo.  There are a few proven lines of burgundy hypo but they don’t seem to be compatible with other hypo li
