Don’t ask me why they are all called Bees…...!

Spiders are an amazing base morph to have in a collection.  They have been crossed with almost every morph out there and they pretty much all look awesome!  They are characterized by the thin black banding and the best ones in my opinion don’t have many spots on the sides.  I’m a sucker for reduced patterns.

A big thing that comes up with spiders is the wobbling or spinning that some spiders do.  Some claim that all spiders are ‘tweaked’ to a degree but you have to look close to see it.  As far as we know all spider ball pythons are descendants of one WC spider ball brought in from Africa by NERD.  We have 2 spiders and the only thing we have noticed is that the male when flipped upside down will right his head right away but will only bother to flip over fully when he feels like moving around.  All our other snakes hate being upside down.  These snakes all seem to eat and breed and thrive well, and although I’ve seen some severe cases of ‘spinning’.  Getting one that is normal and over 200g seems to lessen the chance that your spider will have a problem.
